In a month from today, Natacha Simões releases her debut Maripool album Rotten Luck . The Lisbon-born, London-based singer-songwriter unveiled the compelling lead single " Crossing " last month, and now she's back with a dark, cathartic anthem called "Favourite."
"Favourite," she explains, is about "the quiet unraveling of a relationship and the way the mind begins to drift elsewhere before things have fully ended. Finding distractions as a form of escapism and of softening the inevitable."
