Here’s How to See Paul Thomas Anderson’s Cameron Winter Concert Film
Co-produced by Benny Safdie, Cameron Winter at Carnegie Hall will tour movie theaters this fall
The announcement of Cameron Winter ’s new live album , recorded last December at Carnegie Hall, elided mention of the concert film Paul Thomas Anderson was seen shooting the same night. Today, the veil of secrecy has lifted: Anderson’s Cameron Winter at Carnegie Hall will air in U.S. theaters starting November 20. Rather than arriving all at once, prints of the footage, on 35mm film, will tour the country through mid-January. Find out where to watch screenings below.
Released by Janus Films and Criterion, the film is co-produced by Benny Safdie and produced by Sara Murphy, Erica Frauman, and Maggie Ambrose. The album, Live at Carnegie Hall , is produced by Ariel Rechtshaid and arrives October 9.
Winter remains on tour with Geese , who are Getting Killed Again through the fall.
