Stanley Simmons , the duo featuring Evan Stanley and Nick Simmons (sons of Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of KISS ), have released their debut album, Dancing While the World Is Ending (stream below).
The new outfit previewed the album with a series of singles, including “Body Down,” “Cellophane,” and the title track .
Unlike the hard rock of their dads’ famous band, Stanley Simmons’ musical vibe is more in the folk-rock vein, with hints of Simon & Garfunkel and ’60s psychedelia.
Stanley Simmons will embark on their first-ever full-scale US tour beginning September 14th in Dallas, and wrapping up November 3rd in West Hollywood, California. Pick up tickets here .
