Some Rodrigo fans noticed that Mary Bronstein, writer and director of the great and harrowing 2025 movie If I Had Legs I'd Kick You , filming the festival. On her own Instagram Story, Bronstein posted an image of stacks of analog film, writing, "Nothing makes me happier than piles of shot 16mm..." film. It sure looks like it was taken at a festival. Nothing has been confirmed yet, but this development certainly fits with a recent trend .
