Madonna teases Charli XCX remix of ‘Danceteria’: Listen
‘Danceteria’ is taken from Madonna’s latest album, ‘Confessions On A Dance Floor: Part II’
Madonna has teamed up with Charli XCX for a new remix of ‘Danceteria’.
The pair previewed the collaboration, titled ‘Danceteria Afterhours’, in an Instagram reel shared today (21st September), which features Madonna and Charli posing together as the new version plays. Madonna also references the original version of the track in the clip, reciting the line: “Everyone here is a work of art.”
The preview was shared alongside the caption, “Let’s take it to the East side baby......” and the release date, 24th September 2026. Watch it below.
‘Danceteria’ is taken from Madonna’s latest album, ‘Confessions On A Dance Floor: Part II’, the follow up to her 2005 LP 'Confessions on a Dance Floor’ , which was released in July. The new album is the US artist’s 15th studio record and her first full-length since 2019’s ‘Madame X’.
‘Danceteria Afterhours’ is the latest collaboration to be released from the new record, following ‘Bring Your Love’ with Sabrina Carpenter and ‘ Bizarre’ with Martin Garrix . In April, Madonna debuted several tracks from the new album during a surprise DJ set at LA nightclub, The Abbey .
Meanwhile, this year Charli XCX followed her critically acclaimed 2024 record, ‘Brat’, with new album, ‘ Music, Fashion, Film ’.
